  • Designing department : which close to our customers, to understand and answer their needs. It is intended from this unit to be efficient in propositions of new models with respect to the fashion, locally developed for fading processing and dying as well as the embroidery and the screen-printing (serigraphy)
  • An engineering and consulting department : is equipped with CAO and DAO “LECTRA” and “GERBER”, have for mission to establish pattern as well as to focus on the data sheets which are necessary for the industrialization of products.
  • A sampling and industrialization cell : to realize the prototypes and main samples (têtes de série)
  • Department specialized in jeans-wear essentially : Pants, Jackets, Skirts, Shorts, Overall… With an average production capacity of 10 000 pieces per week.
  • Department specialized in the production of blouses, dresses, tee-shirt : and similar clothes with light fabrics in chain and weft and in stitches for casual products, fuzzy, and for city and leisure. This unit has an average production capacity of 9 000 pieces per week.
  • Management Department : operate the Integrated Management System (Quality Environment Energy Social Accountability), which refers to international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and SA 8000 and applies to all activities of the company. Integrates the effective implementation of operational improvement at all levels by the ongoing search for efficiency and effectiveness.

An executive committee composed of three partners :

  • Ms Wided Belgacem’ manager of the company : Technical supervision and workshop flexibility.
  • Mr. Sami Bouhajja, an engineer, with an experience of 20 years : Strategic Development and Customer Relations.
  • Ms. Faten Maalej degree in management and finance : ensures the control of the financial aspects of the investment and operation of the company, it also ensures the production of financial reports and forecasting data.
